Golf Australia (GA) CONNECT is the new national handicapping service, member management and competition management platform provided by Golf Australia (GA). GA CONNECT is a core part of the major digital transformation which occurred in October 2025 that transitioned away from the 25-year-old GOLF Link platform.
The GA CONNECT platform provides enhanced technology services to more than 1,900 golf clubs and venues, and Australia’s 450,000-plus golf club members. The GA CONNECT platform has been developed by Golf Australia in partnership with DotGolf, a golf technology company co-owned by The R&A and Golf New Zealand.
All golfers will be able to view and track their score history and handicap via the mobile app or via the golfer portal on GOLF.com.au. Access to the system is gained via the golfer’s personal 10-digit Golf ID (formerly known as GOLF Link number).
Golfers who are members of the same club are able to find and connect with each other to create groups, view scores and profiles, and comment on submitted scores. You can connect with golfers outside your club if you share your Golf ID with them.
Golfers and clubs requiring assistance with handicapping matters can contact the Golf Australia Helpdesk at help@golf.com.au between 6.30 am and 8.30 pm, 7 days a week.
